We belive in a phased approach to any project and ideally we would apply the following methodology:-

Pre-Phase - Proof of Concept work to meet business criteria and get a feel for the technologies.

Phase 1 – Project Initiation, Technical Workshop, Physical Design, policy definition and statement of work.

Phase 2 - Implementation phase, with sub-phases with constant check points.

Phase 3 - Migrations phase (if required)

Finally, we guide you through the feedback and status reports on the project from your suppliers, vendors and technical implementation specialists, prior to sign off.
